Access across markets
Tasdeer executive director Hassan Khalifa Al Mansoori said: “One of our key strategic goals at QDB is to facilitate local SMEs by providing them with access to regional and global markets—an example of this was the participation of Qatari companies in this year’s international exhibition, Arabplast 2017.”
He added: “This maiden participation at Arabplast 2017 signals our dedication to invigorating foreign trade and increasing cooperation between national and foreign companies through opening new markets for local businesses.”
Held biennially, the Arabplast exhibition includes the participation of specialists from across the plastics, petrochemicals and rubber industries of the world. Most notably, in 2017, the participation of exhibitors from just India, Taiwan and Germany was projected to have reached 110, 95, and 70, respectively.”
